Congrats, AD Systems: ExamSlide Lands Its First EPD

AD Systems, the Everett, Washington sliding door specialist that has been part of Allegion since 2018, published its first-ever Environmental Product Declaration in October 2026. It covers the ExamSlide Sliding Door System, the company's surface-mounted door for healthcare exam rooms. That makes AD Systems the first manufacturer of manual architectural sliding doors with a current product-specific EPD in the global EC3 directory. Close rivals like Krown Lab, Raydoor and C.R. Laurence still have none. For hospital projects with embodied carbon targets, that gap can decide which door stays in the spec.
